A trio of dynamic local bands will be featured in this showcase presented by Fort Knox, a music incubator that operates a rehearsal and recording studio facility on Chicago’s north side. Phosphene, a hard rock/pop metal quartet fronted by lead vocalist Jeni Leigh, is the headliner. This group is immensely popular on the Chicago club scene and has snagged endorsements from Voodoo Amps, Truth Custom Drums and other companies. Phosphene’s motto is, “Sometimes things fall apart so better things come together.” Powerhouse bands Audio Bakery and Halfmoon Mad will also be performing.
